VITS has a wide-ranging network of sub-suppliers available and is in the position to provide spare parts for all impregnation lines, which produce at our customers - also for aggregates, which are more than 40 years old. If single materials are really not available, we offer alternative solutions and/or appropriate modernizations for your impregnation plant.

Our dimension measurement system has been successfully established with our customers for years: Optionally 1 or 2 cameras evaluate print marks on both sides of the paper web and measure high-precision relevant dimensions - length, width and diagonal - between the marks.

The retrofit kit includes a special knife set, a new high-precision lower knife gear as well as the necessary support and adjustment by an experienced VITS technician on site.
