DRY-IT: SMART DRYER AUTOMATION
VITS has developed a perfect solution for both: reducing the energy required for drying melamine films by more than 30% and improving production through reproducible process control by using additional sensors and actuators.
In addition to significant energy savings, DRY-IT guarantees transparent production, complete process control and quality monitoring. These newly generated process data can be further analysed via our digital production data management system Deurotech Connected (DTC).
Not only new melamine impregnation lines can be equipped with our system, but also all of our older melamine lines can be upgraded which has further advantages:
- short installation and commissioning times
- no major changes to the actual piping and control system
