| Change in Management | | | | Langenfeld/Düsseldorf: With immediate effect Werner Deuring (48) has taken over the Chairmanship of Management and with this, the responsibility for 160 employees at the principal office in Langenfeld. He is supported by Technical Managing Director Jörg Albrecht (38) from October 1, 2007 on. Starting November 1, 2007 Mr Thomas Niedermaier (41) will intensify the Sales Dept. as an additional Managing Director.
Achim Hackspiel, who had been Sole Managing Director until now, will leave the company.
Vits Systems GmbH is the worldwide leading manufacturer of sheeters and additional equipment for the offset press industry as well as of impregnation plants for the laminate flooring industry.
'With the change and strengthening of the General Management an allowance has been made for growth and expansion of the company in all business areas' according to Werner Deuring.
Vits Systems GmbH is a daughter company of Vits Group GmbH. Shareholders are Granville Baird Capital Partners and WD Beteiligungs GmbH.
