Langenfeld/Duesseldorf.- Vits Group GmbH, located in Langenfeld near Duesseldorf has taken over Jet Web also known as Engineering works Ravenstein, one of the worlds leading manufacturer of In-Line and Off-Line Finishing Systems for the printing industry. Jet Web is located in Ravenstein, Germany.
The Vits Group which is – by its own account – the worlds leading manufacturer of impregnation systems for the forest products industry as well as offset cross cutters, is expanding its range of products for the printing industry.

Vits, founded in 1928 in Rhineland, manufactures impregnation systems for the forest products industry as well as offset cross cutters, dryers and finishing units for the printing industry.
By taking over all finishing activities of Jet Web, Vits is further concentrating all printing activities in the newly found Vits Print-Technology GmbH.

Achim Hackspiel and Franz Waizmann are directors of the enterprise. Within the group, Vits Print-Technology GmbH, together with the product line offset cross cutters and dryers belong to the business division print.

As Volker Reidegeld, who is responsible for this division, states: “The Vits Group strides to achieve an outstanding market position through the quality of our products and our continuously high investment in Research and Development.”

The majority owner of the Vits Group is the investment company Granville Baird Capital Partners in Hamburg.
